life just needs spring sunshine, a brand new coat of nail polish, and finger painting with a 3 year old.
my mind is everywhere at the moment, with BIG exams and projects looming over my head, not to mention THE wedding of my life! and work... and everything.
But, today, for a few sweet moments, after watching "Birth Day" while the munchkins slept, I got to finger paint with my best friend and soothe a crabby brother of my best friend. hahaha... my heart focuses... not on hours of homework, but on 2 little lives.
i can breathe again. get messy. eat apple sauce and gerber puffs (eww, they taste like cardboard). but, it's the sense of living fully, excitingly, and freely that inspires my heart...
i love them. i don't have pictures, but... i wanted you to know that we had the best time today.
