I took my princess outside to play today. I don't think she had ever played in the hose before. However, after we were done... she was soaked. It was the greatest ever... after initial whines and protests she decided it was actually fun. So, she sprayed me... hahaha...
Anyway, I have longed for this weather for so long... and so far, we've gotten 3 days worth of hot weather! God is amazing. The heat from the sun invigorates my entire being. It's amazing...
I was reminded of childhood this past weekend. We floated boats in the creek... ran around outside... and got sun burns from having so much fun. Popsicles and grilled chicken made up our dinner. And, I even got to try to push my little sister in the water. It was great.
God's creation is all around us. The trees are flowering, the leaves are popping, and baby animals are being born. How could we miss His presence? Take a 5 minute break and look for the little miracles all around you...
