fighting.

I wonder if even Beta fish didn't fight before sin entered the world. There is such a dominance of space when it comes to such creatures. it's ridiculous...

we got a female Beta fish today, thinking that it's okay for them to be in the same tank. Nope. wrong. the male just flares his gills and chases her away. Poor thing. i'm leaving her in there anyway to teach the male a lesson in sharing!!

but then, that's what we do as humans, right? We don't have gills that can be made all puffy and scary looking... but we have words and gestures and silence that are just as bad. Actually, they're worse. how can we shine the light of Jesus across the world if we're too busy shoving other Christians away? how is the world going to know that Jesus loves them if we're just too busy hurting the very people who are supposed to be precious in our lives?

i know, i know... random thoughts stem from two random, fighting, grumpy fish.
