my husband is addicted to... oreos. one day they'll be put in the cookie jar... and the same day, they are gone... or at least ALMOST gone. so, as a result of his cookie addiction, i made oreo cheesecakes today. little individual ones. he loves loves loves cheesecake too...

i'm going to drop some off at Stacey's house since she has an addiction to cheesecake and oreos... but, fun thing is... she doesn't know that i'm going to. yay!

anyways, i think they look good, but to give away, they need something a little more special. i'm off to look up something to top them with.
